Here's to one of my best friends ever.
Or at least she's one of my best friends. Again, I'm pretty sure that I'm not one of her best friends. And I don't blame her. I've been a pretty terrible friend. I have to apologize for the things I said about her on "Dance Class vs. Ensemble". Just goes to show how mean I can be at times, even though she told me not to take them off.
I met her in the most unexpected of places: math class. When I was in 6th grade, her in 7th, our math class only had 10 people in it. Being the only two people in both this class and Honk!, we got to know each other. In fact, math class became a huge deal my 8th grade/her 9th grade year, because I was commuting to the high school, and I actually knew her.
Middle school shows were bad, but we had a good time. Honestly, everyone in Romeo and Juliet: Together (and alive!) at Last was pretty close, but that was one of our first chances at a better friendship (there were too many people in Honk!).
But when high school came things changed. It wasn't just her anymore: I was finally starting to make other friends. The past two years have been fun, exciting, and awesome, and she's been a big part of that. She is one of my oldest friends. Looking back at 6th grade and comparing it to now, she's one of the few people I'm still friends with. Then, she was one of the only people I knew in the musical. Now, she's the only one who has ever even tried to get me a prom date.
When she told me that she wanted me to be her Evelyn I was a little surprised. I would have assumed that she wanted RG to be playing that part. I had assumed that RG would be playing the part. For her to tell me that I would be playing a part was something. She was of great consolation last Tuesday.
Although we don't see each other any more, we are still friends. She is one of the people I'm afraid to go to college, because I'm afraid that we won't keep in touch.

P.S.: I predicted she and JD would be dating when they were in middle school. When I got the news, my first thought was, "It's about time!"
Made my day, sweetie :D. Thank you!
